Three Novels

I just finished reading three novels in two weeks. Well they are not new, because I already read it few months ago, and even one of them I read years ago. Just review some morals in it.
The first is God, Allow Me to be a Prostitute (Tuhan Izinkan Aku Menjadi Pelacur), written by Muhidin M. Dahlan. The (real?) story of Nidah Kirani came to my dream.
The second, Bumi Cinta, the latest novel by Habiburrahman El Shirazy, that takes setting in Russia. The character of Linor hipnotized me.
The last, Kurnia Effendy in his novel, Merjan-Merjan Jiwa. Kurnia is successful to create a nice literature work, by combining the life of Islamic Boarding School and outside world. This story is good to be filmed (but not sinetron).

being confused

Normally, people will feel headache when they have to do so many activities in a short time. In many cases I also feel the same thing. However this year is so different. After finishing few early years on regional government institution with a lot of activities to do, such as writing press release, speech concept and news analysis, I eventually quit doing them, early 2010.
Having nothing to do at the office, I decided to only come in the morning and in the afternoon to fill the finger print attendant list. The rest of my day time I spent at home. However, after three days, Monday (17/5) until Wednesday (19/5), I feel bored.
Today, Thursday (20/5) I sit on my desk, read books, and try to write some.

Venus Eclipse

Sunday evening, 16 May 2010
It might be one of the best time in my life. It is a Venus Eclipse, where Venus is on the straight line with Earth and its satellite, the moon.
After praying maghrib I already stood near my house with my handy camera and tripod. I witnessed Venus slowly going down near the moon. A few second before Venus disappeared behind the moon, the thick cloud came and put the rare event behind it.
I still waited few hours afterward, but my will was going with the wind blows.
